About the Event
The Young CEO Holiday Business and Banking Experience brings together The Lemonade Stand Business Plan and Books and Banks, Your Perfect Footwear's financial literacy program, for a week of networking, entrepreneurship, banking education, business development, pitching, and community engagement.
Program capacity is limited to 20 youth participants. The program value is $300 per participant. Sponsorships and scholarships are being pursued to expand access.
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
December 17 at 4:00 PM: Christmas Networking Kickoff featuring personality assessments, DISC Birds, speed networking, student introductions, and community connections.
December 18 through December 22: Doors open at 8:00 AM. Program runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Students develop business ideas, identify customers, build offers, learn pricing and startup costs, strengthen financial literacy, and prepare their pitches.
December 23 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Pitch and Presentation Day featuring student business pitches, financial literacy presentations, feedback, recognition, and family celebration.
