About the Event
Your child’s personality influences how they communicate, learn, make decisions, respond to challenges, and work with others. This interactive post camp workshop will help Youth CEO Camp parents and guardians understand their child’s DISC style and use those insights at home, at school, and as their young entrepreneur continues to grow.
During this 75 minute virtual experience, Brandon Ward will explain the four DISC styles, help families recognize their child’s strengths and communication needs, and share practical ways to motivate, coach, and support each personality.
Parents and guardians should have their child’s assessment results available during the workshop. This session is educational and designed for adults. Registration is free for Youth CEO Camp families.
